JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships, the Plastic Offset Sales Intern will lead mainly the research and outreach for sales department, aiming to target industry partners/companies looking to make the transition from virgin plastic to ethically sourced recycled plastic.

Develop New leads by identifying untapped target sectors, trends, customer needs for brands ranging from Fortune 500 companies to family owned businesses and growing/conscientious companies across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with leads with diplomatic persistency.

  • Oversee a smooth sampling process with clients.

  • Manage sales funnel in CRM tool.

  • Nurture customer relationship and ensure customer happiness .

  • Identifying and growing key accounts across Europe and North America with new partnership opportunities.

  • Organise campaigns to improve lead generation.

  • Build new customer acquisition campaigns to target brands of different sizes that have a plastic footprint and/or are sustainability-focused.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing Freshers (MBA/ PGDM)
